JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager will manage the timelines and deliverables for various commercial operations projects. Preferred candidate will have experience supporting or leading cross functional projects. This role will report to the Senior Director of Program and Project Management and will work directly with members of the Commercial Strategy team to map key activities to support functional milestones and timing, prepare and maintain dashboards, identify risks, and lead the development of mitigation/contingency plans. The Project Manager will support the introduction of best practices and standardized project management tools to support the business’ approach for managing Commercial Strategy projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- In collaboration with the assigned project leader, support cross-functional commercial strategy projects as assigned
- Collaborate with project leads to prepare and maintain required project management documents and tools to facilitate project timelines, team communication, meeting planning, and documentation of decisions and action items
- Develop, maintain, track, and follow up on project timelines for assigned projects
- Enable effective collaboration cross functionally, communicate project status to Project Leads and project team members
- Communicate with project leads and team members when risks or issues are identified that may impact goals
- Prepare meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, distribute meeting minutes, track meeting decisions, issues, and action items
- Work with project leads to ensure milestones and goals are achieved in accordance with the established budget Â
- Manage dashboards for each assigned project
- Provide support to create and maintain SharePoint and other document repository)Â sites as needed and addresses any questions, or issues
- Work with project lead to establish and track performance metrics to ensure projects are completed on time and service level expectations are met
- Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (scientific or healthcare discipline preferred)
- PMP certification a plus
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical drug commercialization processes a plus
- Experience working on aesthetics industry projects a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to apply problem-solving and analytical skills to day-to-day tasks
- Experience with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint or equivalent) required
- Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet or equivalent project management and dashboard reporting tools preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Able to work under pressure with appropriate guidance, apply sound problem-solving skills and escalate as needed to solve issues and mitigate risks

Salary Range: $100-$140k. Salary will be commensurate with experienceÂ
