Job Description
Target PR Range: 50-70/hr

Summary: The main function of a non-IT Finance project manager is to plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to various Finance initiatives. The primary initial project for this role will be managing and tracking the one-time costs related to exiting the Transition Services agreement (“TSA”) with. This responsibility will include collaborating across the business to understand TSA exit strategies, provide costing and accounting guidance.
Job Responsibilities: Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and provide regular updates on progress. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to TSA service managers. Confer with management, IT, HR and other managers to discuss TSA exit plans and the timing and amount of related costs. Review and recommend cost estimates and account coding to ensure proper tracking against budget. Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time. Strong leadership necessary to provide support and constructive feedback. Strong knowledge of accounting required. Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or a related field. 8-10 years experience required
