Quality Management System Coordinator

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Client support which consistently results in favorable project results and client satisfaction.
- Work independently on assigned projects associated with the electronic Quality Management System and provide status updates and reminders
- Author and edit procedures, process maps and guidance materials
- Perform system testing to support system changes
- Provides reports/queries/metrics as requested
- Collaborates with internal IT to provide Veeva troubleshooting.
- Acts as a support fielding questions and issues from internal customers related to the eQMS system
- Monitors and responds to customer requests
- Performs other duties or assignments as required by management.
Skills:Â Â Â
- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficient in word processing using Word.
- Experience with Veeva Quality Management Systems preferred
- Must have basic GxP and Compliance knowledge
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, have a high degree of accountability and accuracy of work
- Able to produce results in a fast-paced environment
- Customer focus with excellent telephone skills and ability to communicate via email
- Exposure to validation process and documentation, Process Development (PD) and electronic validated computer systems a plus
Education:Â Â Â
- Bachelor’s degree preferred,
- High School Diploma and minimum 3 years’ experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in the pharmaceutical, biologic or medical device industries in a Change Control and/or deviation position,
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
Pay Rate Range: $25-33/hr depending on experienceÂ
