The Quality Technician specializing in Return Product Analysis is responsible for meticulously examining and evaluating returned products based on customer complaints. This role involves conducting thorough analyses identifying root causes of product defects or malfunctions and collaborating with cross-functional teams on failure analysis of returned product. The technician will utilize a range of testing methods tools and data analysis techniques to ensure accurate assessment of complaint products. Additionally this role requires maintaining detailed records generating reports and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. The Quality Assurance Technician will play a vital role in maintaining the company's reputation for producing high-quality products by identifying issues suggesting improvements and ensuring that corrective measures are effectively implemented.

Education Required: HS Diploma GED

Yearsrsquo Experience Required: 1-3 years

Will the contractor be working 40 hours a week? If not weekly estimate?
 
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have
  • 2 years of relevant experience. Includes vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience. High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Have
  • Associate's degree, or vocational or technical education, or relevant certification
  • Experience working in a regulated industry
  • Experience working in FDA & ISO 13485 regulated industry
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
  • Mechanical and electrical print reading skills for use in diagnosing and correcting equipment/tooling issues
