Target PR Range: 85-100/hr

Skills Overview:
• Strong Project Management / Consultant / Project Leadership skills
• Strategic partner to Business providing strategy and approach.
• Works independently.
• Facilitate and run workshops.
• Proactive and actively involved with deliverables.
• Must have strong PPT skills (we will likely require the candidate to provide a sample presentation such that we can assess PPT skills); Have had issues with this in the past.
• Must have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain project management artifacts (e.g., detail project plan, issues/risk log, action items, meeting minutes, SharePoint site maintenance, etc.).
• Proactive, track and follow up on action items.
• Execute against defined objectives and provide timely updates to senior management of progress and achieved project milestones.
• Compile and provide monthly status reports. Proactively address conflicting, incorrect, insufficient, or inappropriate info prior to report publication. Collect and analyze project and process data and metrics.
• Assesses performance against plans, processes, and practices to determine effectiveness and areas for process improvement.

Required Skills:
• Master's degree, or bachelor’s degree and equivalent Project Management Experience • Life Sciences experience required. • Device experience helpful but NOT required.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, negotiation/influencing, people management and social skills with a good sense of diplomacy, both relating to team members, peers, and higher management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead/mentor people.
• Leading team meetings and presenting to executive leadership.
• Capable of making quick and accurate assessments, taking corrective action using good judgment and appropriate decision-making steps; proven proactive problem-solving skills.
• Understand the implementation and impact of regulatory requirements and guidelines / internal SOPs.
