Remote HRIS Specialist

Job Description
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data security and confidentiality standards within the HRIS.
- Process requested employee data changes in the HRIS in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot system issues raised by employees and escalate to Manager if needed.
- Support processes that are enabled by the HRIS such as benefits enrollments, compensation cycle, and onboarding/offboarding, etc.
- Conduct audits of data both in system and as part of processes such as compliance reporting or payroll to ensure accuracy.
- Reporting competencies to assist in running and preparing reports for various business stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a shared mailbox.
- Monitor integration file notifications and escalate to Manager with failed status.
- Assist with designing solutions for HR business processes and requirements within HR systems.
- Support with payroll as needed.
- Help with HRIS SOP project.
- Assist with gathering requirements and testing for new HCM implementation.
- Collaborate with the Manager of HRIS to work on resolutions with external vendors.
- Help with other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HCM experience required, SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS or a similar role.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel functions.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
