Job Description


Essential Functions of the job:
  • Develop strategic Organizational Change Management (OCM) campaigns and project plans with established goals, milestones, timelines, and budget.
  • Partner with Leadership and the Contract Management System (CMS) Agiloft project teams to ensure OCM plans are on track and aligned with corporate goals.
  • Anticipate, identify, and resolve discrepancies in priorities, OCM planning, implementation, adoption, user experience (UX), and activities in a timely fashion.
  • Facilitate resolution of issues across functional lines pertaining to OCM plan priorities, team, and business area dynamics.
  • Develop and track OCM plan variances, anticipate scope changes, and communicate changes and issues that may impact the budget to GTS Leadership, Finance, and other appropriate key stakeholders.
  • Apply ADKAR (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement) or similar methodology to monitor adoption, track OCM plan schedules toward milestones and issue status reports, including assessment of critical path activities. Deliver objective assessment of progress and potential risks.
  • Partner with project team leaders to lead the strategic adoption of organizational change within a tactical CMS project framework by preparing and harmonizing the relevant processes, approach to change both in terms of content and adherence to timelines.
  • Partner with project team members for coordination and development of OCM presentations.
  • Prepare and/or present periodic updates at appropriate committee meetings.
  • Partner with partner alliance managers to support and promote OCM communication between companies; identify, report, and resolve bottlenecks/ difficulties with project issues, resources, and processes.
  • Establish and maintain a work environment that supports learning, respect, open communication, collaboration, integration, and teamwork.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to leverage project management experience to enable robust and efficient OCM plans.
  • Excellent communicator with good business acumen.
  • Proven ability to execute and perform autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
  • Possess the ability to quickly assess problems/situations and provide effective resolution/solutions.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills (minimum standard language provided)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive work relationships to effectively interface at all levels across the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed project deadlines.
  • Responsible for meeting management, including agendas, facilitate and document meetings, and issue meeting minutes.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Flexible, elevated level of integrity, action- and goal-oriented. Collaborative and team oriented.
  • Ability to summarize/process essential subject matter as well as outcomes of complex information/problems and to convey this information in the form of a brief working report or meeting minutes.

Competencies:
  • Proficiency in the use of Agiloft, MS Office Suite; Outlook, Excel, Visio, Lucid Chart with Slack
  • Strong proficiency in the use of Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Smartsheet
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM) Certification
  • CCMP
  • Prosci Certification
  • Agiloft Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Experience in biopharmaceutical product development. Knowledge of drug development functional areas, including preclinical, clinical, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing.
  • 4+ years successful project management record of accomplishments in the biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical industry.
