Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
  • Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
  • Assist in the registration and data management process across multiple systems, including Company Academy, Cvent, and SFDC, ensuring the accuracy of information and maintaining data integrity.
  • Coordinate schedules between hospitals and our Field Education Team to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Manage booking travel logistics for proctored cases, ensuring that all aspects are meticulously planned and executed, resulting in a positive experience for participants.
  • Maintain a customer-facing approach by displaying a professional and courteous demeanor in written and verbal communication, both over the phone and through written correspondence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and ensure a cohesive and well-coordinated experience for attendees.
  • Work independently and proactively, taking the initiative to identify areas for improvement, solve problems, and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
  • Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
  • Gathers and compiles information for reports.
  • Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with Cvent, including proficiency in event registration and management processes.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple calendars and schedules, ensuring balanced deadlines and priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all information, data, and schedules are accurate and error-free.
  • Strong organizational skills, allowing you to maintain an efficient workflow and provide a seamless experience.
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service and creating positive interactions that leave a lasting impression.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and be proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
