Primary Responsibilities:

Utilize Supply Chain experience to lead order/shipment ETA initiatives.

Carrier ETA amp Predictive ETA analysis model development with IT Lead testing new ETA accuracy models amp dashboards Coordinate with technical teams to implement system interface enhancement to receive latest Predictive ETA into company SAP

Lead accuracy analytics in consultation with all global regions/stakeholders to determine shipping lane level ETA activation for order status updates.

Monitor analyze and drive improved usage of Predictive ETA and Carrier ETA order/shipment data across the globe. Coordinate development and improvement of ETA analytical tools in conjunction with  IT and Advanced Analytics AampI team using company Power BI reports as tool to support analysis.

Partner with supply chain teams technical teams and RPA team to define shipping lane activations of predictive ETA into SAP and lead meetings with global/regional teams to collaborate on implementation.

Provide Supply Chain perspective to coordinate overall InforNexus Reporting process in collaboration with Advanced Analytics AampI team.

Facilitate and continuously improve processes for digital data management setup of new shipping lanes in SAP/InforNexus.

Drive tracking compliance improvement with company sites via daily data monitoring reporting issue investigation working with teams to resolve and escalating gaps.

Investigate data quality issues - complete deeper investigations / analysis and work with E2E Data Quality Team to ensure root cause problem solving and solution implementation.

Coordinate overall E2E Visibility Shipment Completeness monitoring and issue resolution with E2E Data Quality Team.

Overall Responsibilities

This supply chain position will be a key role supporting our End-to-End visibility platform that provides supply chain teams around the globe with visibility to the status of both internal and customer shipments. This role will involve both deep analytical work and facilitating the collaboration of global supply chain teams to implement the identified opportunities.

Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Develops and implements models strategies and/or processes to optimize the supply chain function. Conducts and/or manages strategic supply chain analysis. Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Develops and implements supply chain designs models strategies and/or processes to improve the business.

SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects ndash from design to implementation.

Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires mastery of a specialty area and full knowledge of industry practices typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have broad knowledge of project management. Requires a Baccalaureate degree or for degrees earned outside of the United States a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. sect 214.2h 4iiiA and minimum 7 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
