Target PR Range: 20-25/hr

A Research Technician in Cell and Molecular Biology position is available at Genomic Research Center (GRC). We are looking for a highly motivated research technician to work independently and in collaboration with other scientists on projects involving human induced pluripotent stem cell reprogramming, cell differentiation, CRISPR editing, high throughput functional screening, and different wet lab molecular biology experiments. The successful candidate will be involved in critically timed experiments and long differentiation protocols that require daily attention. The applicant is expected to:
a. Conduct routine wet lab experimental protocols and procedures.
b. Maintain tissue culture, including stem cells and stem cell-derived cells.
c. Record experimental setup, SOP protocols, and data quality control notes accurately.
d. Maintain efficient and continuous communication with team members and managers.
e. Support team members with routine cell culture procedures, including media preparation and reagent aliquoting.
f. Conduct molecular and cell biology experiments such as qRT-PCR, immunofluorescence, and WB analyses.
