Job Description

Target pay: 110-117/hr
REMOTE* CO and NYC candidates may not be considered 

SUMMARY:
Training Operations Programs Administrator Operations Execution Timely completion of assigned tasks Generation of accurate report within timelines
Responsible for logistics related to the sales training Prepare training environment for simulations and certification, consolidate the training evaluation, apply certification rubric to scoring of agent final assessment
Support in the delivery of training content and materials Manage physical materials required for the training sessions, coordinate with vendors for the materials
Manage the official training platform, build test data and schedule learners for simulations and certifications
Responsible to manage training materials through the official tool.
Supervision and support readily available from next line manager.
