Experienced Molecular and Cell Biologist – Precision Medicine Oncology Genomics The Precision Medicine Oncology Genomics team is committed to drive translational genomic biomarker efforts for our pre-clinical and clinical stage programs. We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated molecular biologist with expertise in genomic methods to join the team support cutting-edge translational genomic research and biomarker efforts for our drug development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform single cell/CITE-Seq experiment and rigorous qualification checking to ensure high quality and reproducible data in a timely manner. Interpret and draw conclusions from QC results and optimize assay performance to farther project goals. Read relevant literature and adapt novel scientific methodology to advance research in single cell genomics. Work in dependently as well as part of a multidisciplinary research team in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Qualifications Basic

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Life Sciences field with a minimum of 3+ years of molecular biology experience or Master degree with minimum of 6+ years of cell biology and molecular biology experiences. Broad and versatile technical expertise in molecular biology and cell biology assays, such as DNA and RNA extraction, primer design, qPCR, Gene cloning, RNA-Seq library prep, protein purification, CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing and flow cytometry analysis. Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment. Good general laboratory and organizational skills. Demonstrated critical thinking skills as well as excellence and productivity in independent research. Must be proactive and able to work effectively on multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in molecular biology and genomics field is desired. Proficiency in flow cytometry, cell sorting and single cell/CITE-Seq experiments in academic or industry setting is preferred.
