The Hematology Reverse Translation group is focussed on identifying novel mechanisms of resistance to our drugs currently in development stages in various disease areas. Novel targets for potentially overcoming resistance are identified by mining high-dimensional clinical trial data, which are then validated experimentally for biological relevance.
Our group aims to understand mechanisms of resistance in patients treated with immune engagers in hematological indications. We seek a highly motivated and independent wet lab researcher who is interested in working on and developing standardized in-vitro assays for high throughput validation of targets from previous and ongoing computational analysis of clinical data. These experiments can potentially inform new therapeutic combinations and help understand novel mechanisms of action and resistance to our targeted therapies.
- 1-2 years wet lab experience post graduation in academia or industry, especially in co-culture assays, and flow cytometry
- Background in biology, cancer biology, immunology or related field
- Good understanding of cancer biology, immunology is greatly appreciated
- Curiosity and diligence in terms of seeking answers/resources independently
