SUMMARY:
The IMI CE&E Cx Strategy Team is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to partner with internal and external teams in order to deliver high quality Customer Experience (Cx) programs, projects, and deliverables for major pharmaceutical brands across multiple global markets. The Cx Project Manager will work closely with a Cx Therapeutic Area (TA) Strategist and their Cx TA team on a daily basis to help identify project goals & objectives, lead project scoping and execution, and manage the Cx TA teams operating budget. The Cx PM must have the ability to proactively balance timelines, scopes, and resources, communicate effectively between & across TA teams and with stakeholders, collaborate with multidisciplinary/cross-functional team members and SMEs, successfully manage risks and issues, and monitor daily & long-term progress to ensure projects are delivered successfully and according to business objectives.

Job Description
SUMMARY:

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, lead, and manage portfolio of team projects and associated internal/external stakeholders
- Manage scopes, risks, schedules, budgets, quality, and communications for multiple complex projects in parallel
- Manage/organize project-related communications and activities of TA team
- Cultivate strong working relationships with Cx TA Strategist partner, other Project Managers across the CE&E Cx team, TA team, and internal/external partners
- Independently plan, monitor, and communicate execution milestones through project completion to meet delivery deadlines
- Design and implement risk mitigation plan(s) across projects
- Monitor and raise issues related to delivery risks, resources, staffing, etc. and proactively suggest mitigation plans
- Demonstrate awareness of TA teams needs and priorities, and actively look for project/process efficiencies in balance with Cx TA Strategists customer focus/priorities
- Partner closely with Cx TA Strategist to provide consultation & decision support during all project phases
- Quickly take ownership of new and existing projects, and proactively demonstrate & apply best-practice project management methodologies
- Provide change management support and prepare appropriate communications/reporting related to TA teams implementation of projects and initiatives (ability to conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive-level stakeholders)
- Maintain awareness of metrics against defined targets and understand the impact that decisions have on metrics
- Understand reconciliation process and its impact (profit, loss, use of contingency, discounted WOs, etc)
- Onboard other Project Managers to the team and coach more junior PM/delivery resources when necessary
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years Project Management experience (preferably in pharma or other related field, including healthcare agency or consulting)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical, organizing, planning, and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated/self-starting with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Healthcare marketing/advertising or Cx project delivery experience preferred
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Advanced business and financial acumen
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Exceptional client service mindset, in both delivery and solutions
- Strong negotiation skills
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Proficient with project management tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Projects, Smartsheets, TFS, Jira, financial processing / tools
- Solid understanding of agency/marketing/sales environment
- Experience in digital, CRM, software development, digital/interactive and/or new media projects
- Working experience with both waterfall + agile methodologies
- Understanding of SCRUM methodology
- Post-secondary education preferred
- PMP or other PM-related certification preferred
