Senior Manager, HR Business Partner
Job Description
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational design
• Handle routine employee relations issues including coaching managers on how to write reviews and provide constructive feedback, advisement of employee leaves and accommodations, and more nuanced issues with the guidance of HR leadership team members
• Coach managers on employee engagement, performance management, career development, and succession planning
• Identify training needs and collaborate with learning & development to create impactful programs
• Partner with compensation to conduct salary reviews and ensure internal equity
• Advise employees and managers on various HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Partner with COEs as needed, to ensure programs align with the needs of the client.
• Implement HR initiatives and change management activities within the business
• Develop positive relationships and maintain confidence and trust with all levels of employees
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operations and metrics
• Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
• Proven skills in consulting, problem-solving, and driving HR solutions
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices
• Ability to build credibility and partner with all levels of leadership
• Ability to design and execute project plans
• Strong partner to HR COEs to drive creative HR programs and solutions
• Ability to stay poised under pressure and has demonstrated strong judgement
• Can multi-task and is highly organized
• Highly collaborative and self-motivated
• Experience in dynamic, high growth environments
Pay ranges between $50-60.70/hr based on experience
