Target PR Range: 18-26/hr
*Depending on experience

Ensures scheduling and resourcing against small to large scale creative projects. Oversees facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the creative project lifecycle. Collaborate/work with accounts managers to identify project scope and focus, develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements/plans/processes/tools, assign/guide/monitor project staff, and assure project success. Uphold quality assurance to all creative project solutions from start to finish and be able to distinguish and solution for issues within defined budgets and/or timelines. Provide expert project support proactively through project completion. 5 + years experience

The Project Manager works closely with their assigned account manager to help coordinate daily activities and the ongoing relationship with their respective brand teams.

• Understand AbbVie guidelines including, but not limited to, corporate branding, promotional material development, Veeva PromoMats review and corporate compliance
• Understand the Agency Workflow Process including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, necessary approvals, production and archiving
• Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task to enhance productivity and manage workload
• Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment

• Assist on print, digital and video projects, including trafficking all projects through the Agency
• Help facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Assist with providing estimates and timelines
• Assist with billing and ensure billing is completed on schedule
• Track time on a daily basis

• Reports to their assigned AbbVie Ad Agency account manager
• Partners with creative team on project initiatives
• Adherence to all company-wide financial policies

• Bachelor degree required
• 5 years' experience with project scheduling in an advertising agency or corporate creative department (minimum) OR at least 3 years pharmaceutical marketing experience
• Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written
• Proven ability to manage more than 10 projects at a time in various stages of production
• High energy, positive, organized individual
• Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details
