Job Description

Target Pay Rate: 28-39.51/hr **salary will be commensurate with experience 

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Executing strategic social plans for brand that ladder to brand’s broader objectives
  • Active Community Management & Engagement across all brand channels (Meta, TikTok launch)
  • Creator/Influencer outreach & management
  • Content creation & posting calendar and cadence
  • Development of briefs in partnership with brand
  • All LMR submissions and relationship management as it relates to social
  • Analysis of social performance (primarily organic with paid insights & support as needed)

Requirements/Preferences:
  • Education Minimum Requirement - High School Diploma
  • Education Preferred - Associates or Bachelor Degree in related field

Desired Experience & Ability:
  • Extensive experience in Meta & TikTok Content Creation & Community Management
  • Experience with driving social engagement and building engaged audiences
  • Content creation skills & experience briefing and managing content creators

Bonus Experience:
  • Enhancing established brands in traditional markets via social
  • Navigating larger organizations and partnership with key stakeholders
