Job Description


Summary:

The main function of the Brand Experience Associate for Events is to develop the experience approach and creative for both internal and external conferences and events. A creative ability and comfort in working with a range of teams will be essential to this candidate's success.

Job Responsibilities:
Execute branding and creative for regional and midsized conferences independently, with the ability to generate design ideas Assist with branding of all congress-related assets, including pre-planning and post-congress action items Develop and track project plans; track milestones and deadlines Manage deliverables and vault submissions payments to Congress Associations Track and reconcile all project budgets deliverables Represent brand on all ancillary meetings and requests pertaining to regional or midsized congresses Assist with event planning responsibilities such as communications, travel, AV, onsite set-up and F&B planning surrounding branded assets or the hand-off of final deliverables, including review processes Support initiation and implementation of all consulting agreements, non-discloser agreements and RFAA contracts; serves as liaison with legal department creative work done via vendor or agency partner Participate Aid in core team site evaluations and align on promotional opportunities Other duties as assigned by Management

Skills:
Creative vision and logistical management, including vendor management Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, Emphasis on PowerPoint, Proficient at Adobe Creative Suite or other Graphic Design Platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills Good knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to strategic event planning and creative development process Strict attention to detail Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work in a team environment, including immediate supervisor and other team members in the section or group Ability to build stable working relationships internally Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required. 2-4 years related experience required.

30-35 pay rate range
**salary will be commensurate with experience**
