Job Description
• Implement and maintain digital analytics tools and tagging via marketing technologies including Google Analytics and Tag Management Systems such as Tealium IQ and Google Tag Manager
• Execute digital analytics tagging assessments to verify stability and accuracy of client-side data collection and marketing integrations and support organizational governance activities related to tag management
• Design, development, testing and deployment of Tableau Dashboards
• Structure ambiguous business problems and recommend visualization solutions
• Develop a strong understanding of business requirements; working with business users/ business analysts to define technical and process requirements
• Partner with internal and external agency stakeholders to establish the single source of truth and govern data quality for global marketing team by data standardization, data automation, data clean up, and data quality/monitoring.
• Provide guidance to business / functional data stewards to ensure alignment on CDP, data projects and data quality/monitoring efforts
• Create and maintain data policies, standards and processes; document and maintain data definitions, ownership, and quality rules
• Other incidental duties
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
• 3 years experience with metadata / data governance / Stewardship / Data Quality related work required
• 3+ years of tag management implementation and governance + tag management certification preferred
• 3+ years of implementation and maintenance of web analytics tools + web analytics certification preferred
• 3+ years of design and deployment of Tableau dashboards + Tableau certification preferred
• Experience working in marketing preferred or med device/regulated industry
Required skills:
• Good project management skills (e.g., documenting data flows, business processes, power point presentations)
• Knowledge of Tealium Customer Data Platform including AudienceStream, TealiumIQ and EventStream
• Expert in tagging platforms: TealiumIQ and GTM including implementation and governance
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced tools and systems
• Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability speak to varying levels across the organization and drive achievement of objectives
• Full knowledge and understanding with BI, reporting, data mining, or multi-data center applications. Preferably deep expertise in Tableau Prep and visualization.
• Full understanding of advanced analytics
• Experience and understanding of marketing programs and terminology
• Ability to learn new concepts and software quickly
• Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to solve business problems
• Familiarity with database-centric applications
• Knowledge of Data Governance stack including Executive Sponsorship, Stewardship, Process Definition, Issue Resolution, Process Mapping, Change Management
• Knowledge of Master Data Management including Domain / Entity Definition, Golden Records / Single Source of Truth. Data Enrichment, Data Matching / Duplication
Preferred skills:
Marketing experience or health care systems

58-68 pay rate range
