Sr Manager - Global Price Administration

Target PR Range: 58-68/hr

Duties:
Growing portfolio of rare disease products, including an extensive pipeline of new products in various stages of development. The global revenue planning and analytics team is responsible for developing, together with our regional market teams, revenue plans, forecasts, and other forms of analytical work products. The Sr Manager – Global Price Administration is responsible for managing our pricing information for all products across all of our markets. The type of work ranges from managing price approvals and configuring pricing information in our pricing tools to doing ad-hoc analysis. The primary focus for this role will be to maintain our in-force pricing information. This requires frequent engagement with various teams across, including finance, order-to-cash, market access and revenue planning colleagues.
This role reports to the Senior Director, Global Revenue Planning and Analytics. Demonstrated organizational, analytical, operational, problem solving, and communications skills are required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage global pricing, distribution and rebate details and its configuration in pricing platform
Set up and execute price approval workflows per pricing governance structure
Collaborate with order management, order-to-cash and market access to ensure timely updates of data and to maintain pricing accuracy
Work with pricing platform vendor to coordinate configuration updates and execute testing
Manage ad-hoc requests and triage pricing discrepancies
Build expertise in the increasingly complex pricing environment that operates in
Skills:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
3+ years’ experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical or related industry with a focus on pricing
Proven track record of working collaboratively in a fast-paced, environment
Ability to assimilate detailed data for complex product pricing
Excellent problem-solving skills
A keen eye for detail and great organizational skills
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Life Sciences
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical pricing
