Job Description


The Sr Marketing Manager for the EBD franchise is the downstream marketing lead for all the EBD brands within the Aesthetics product portfolio. They drive the development and execution of LCM strategies for the EBD brands, including positioning, branding, and messaging to ensure an integrated and consistent global brand identity. They work in close collaboration with the EBD Franchise Lead, Regional Marketing, Market Intelligence, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, GTO, and Global Professional Relations, among other key areas, to identify customer insights, market needs, competitive intelligence opportunities, and business priorities to assure long-term business growth.

Major duties Description

1. KOL Engagement Active engagement with KOL to execute brand ambassadorship program including contract development in alignment with Legal and Compliance, execution of part 2 and 3 of influencer initiative, development of marketing assets with video footage from KOL, coordination of participation at key congresses and stand-alone internal events.
2. Product Management Development of new messaging strategies and marketing tools to support PRIMEs regenerative strategy and 3.0M treatment milestone.
3. Influencer Campaign Execute influencer contract and work in close collaboration with agency and key stakeholders to develop content and related tools. Work in collaboration with the U.S. and rest of regions to roll-out content
4. Competition Management & Strategy Development Gather and analyze data about key competitors in the EBD landscape to understand their strengths, weaknesses, market positioning, and strategies. Use insights from competitive analysis to inform the development of LCM marketing strategies and tactics.
5. Brand Protection Work with Global Legal and regional teams to defend the right usage of our trademarks and secure trademark registration across the globe. Work together with Corp Comms, vendor, and regions to monitor the right usage of our brand names.
6. Budget Management Ensures marketing and advertising resources related to downstream marketing are effectively invested to meet business strategic needs and to drive profitability

Job related Qualifications/Skills

Education
  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Masters Degree Preferred

Professional experience
  • 7+ years total aesthetic, pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare or medical device marketing experience, preferably in aesthetic medicine, cosmetics/skin care or dermatology Required
  • Sales experience an advantage Preferred

Knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Proven track record in marketing is required, including brand management, creative concept and campaign development, in-depth aesthetics customer knowledge, and competition management. Management of KOLs and influencers. Required
  • Area budget management, including proper management of contracts with vendors Required
  • Customer focused with a commitment to delivering trusted results. Required
  • Demonstrated ability to put insights into action. Required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience in a clear, concise manner. Required
  • Fluent in English Required
  • Knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines, a strong marketing generalist with experience gained in an operative local marketing function as well as in a strategic headquarter function Preferred
  • Additional languages appreciated Preferred






Pay Rate Range: $40-45/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience
