Target Pay Rate: 25-31/hr **salary will be commensurate with experience 

Job Description:

The position plays an important role in organizing, coordinating and preparing for upcoming product launches, working directly with Product Management and other functions on multiple workstreams. For this position, we are looking for the right candidate to assist with the integration of an acquired company and corresponding product launch. This individual will assist and support by working directly with the Commercialization lead, Product Manager and Corporate Development.

Candidates will receive experience with commercial organization and cutting-edge products. Client is growing rapidly and offers excellent opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with or lead cross-functional teams to plan & execute product commercialization efforts
  • Project Management: utilize software tools to document meeting minutes, decisions, risks and mitigations, track and monitor progress
  • Scheduling: arrange and manage meetings and overall schedules
  • Reporting: Compose and distribute project status reports and updates for the project manager and other management
  • Communication: Organize and communicate project details and assignments to team members, communicate with teams and stakeholders

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in project management role or Commercial role involved with product launches and on-market product releases.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail: Experience with common project management tools to record meeting minutes, develop timelines, track progress of activities on multiple cross-functional workstreams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to communicate effectively with team members; ability to position initiatives, decisions, and outcomes to diverse audiences
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field is required
  • PMP certification desirable
