Job Description

Work directly with brand management and product managers for the traffic management of all campaigns and communications

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage timelines (within project management tool) for marketing related projects, communicating to the team and traffic and project manage large projects
• Primary point of contact on content questions regarding VAULT including notifying stakeholders of updates and guiding through to resolution. Assist in the submission of communications through the final review process (including legal and regulatory) before publishing
• Work with IT to manage company website product/therapy page changes (US and OUS)
• Coordinate legal and regulatory review meetings including scheduling, gathering agenda items, documenting notes and keeping best practices notes on Sharepoint
• Manage the launch and translation process for OUS websites
• Act as a team promotional delegate by informing team members on information regarding EU MDR project
• Identify trends and opportunities on process improvements
• Other incidental duties: Manage “clean sweep” process for critical care, ensuring clear communication to product management and brand management. Update and maintain the global marketing Sharepoint site
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with all stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of POs, SOWs, MSAs etc.; Proactively identify and resolve inefficiencies, and bottlenecks, to ensure that invoices are processed in an effective and efficient manner
  • Create and execute vendor, new hire, and internal teams on boarding along with strategic series of trainings to ensure that all vendors are up to date with their knowledge of our systems and processes
  • Passionate about integrated and efficient execution with the ability to put metrics and KPIs around task and communicate out on a regular cadence to the organization
  • Propensity to think BIG and inspire others as evidenced by gaining buy in and alignment while also being able to drive to timely and excellent execution
  • Excellent reputation with all stakeholders and partners with the ability to prioritize work according to business needs, communicate clearly and in a timely manner, and identify continued opportunities for efficiencies
• Excellent computer skills including usage of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills including the ability to convey instructions and training, and demonstrated ability to work with multiple personalities
• Full knowledge and understanding of Clients policies, procedures, and requirements relevant to brand standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives
• Ability to prioritize competing objectives in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities within deadlines; able to work in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of and adherence to EW policies and procedures
• Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and external suppliers and vendors
• Must be able to manage and communicate highly confidential information
• Provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
• Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

Bachelor's Degree 4 years of related experience related to Project Management and marketing Required and
Experience using databases to generate reports Required
Previous experience in a regulated industry Preferred

39-44 pay rate range
**salary will be commensurate with experience**
