Sr Rep, Medical Affairs Ops

Job Description
Target PR Range: 21-31/hr
*Depending on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Expenses Reporting Submission/Auditing (25%): trained ready to assist with this once monthly tasks for US Proctor Program and Physician Training ad-hoc needs.
- Document Processing & AI Integration (20%): Uploads physician training/proctored sign-off documents into SharePoint, organizes files for AI-driven optical character recognition (OCR), and ensures the system processes data accurately.
- Data Verification & Quality Control (20%): Reviews AI-extracted information, verifies accuracy, and corrects discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Training Records Auditing (20%): Conducts audits of historical training records, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established documentation standards.
- HCP Intelligence-BioCards Maintenance (10%): Supports maintaining HCP Bio Cards using LINK Key People MedTech subscription tool.
- Other various projects (5%): may include project management responsibilities and contributing to strategic initiatives within the Medical Affairs department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Healthcare Informatics
- Strong administrative assistant skills
- 2+ years of experience in digital solutions, project management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools
- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to multitask
- Works on multiple projects as a project team member
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Supports complex business processes
