Role Purpose
Collaborate with the team in the development, activation, and deployment of employment brand strategy both internally and externally. Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of talent attraction and candidate experience strategies, technologies, policies, and procedures designed to increase quality of hire, reduce recruiting expenses, and speed the acquisition of talent.
Essential Job Functions
Lead in the development of multiple and varied global employer brand initiatives and recruitment marketing content in partnership with internal stakeholders (TA&M, HRS, Corp Comms, D&I, Legal) and external vendors as necessary, including both ongoing talent attraction/candidate experience initiatives and targeted, real-time campaigns)
Optimize and lead execution of broad social media strategy/content calendars and external review responses/escalation (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, and Instagram), and track relevant metrics/analytics
Design and lead the development of tools and training using a variety of channels - e.g., presentations, webinars, email communications - to educate internal audiences on TVP and employer brand strategy, framework, and messaging
Identify and lead brand marketing efforts for industry conferences
Lead participation in external surveys and benchmarking opportunities
Provide coaching and consultation to leaders and all levels of TA&M team members
Collaborate with HRLT, HR BL, BU Leaders to design and drive effective Talent Lifecycle strategies and initiatives that serve all EW talent.
Education Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Branding, HR or other related field 5 years Details: years of previous related experience in an HR function for a global corporation

Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills including customer negotiating and relationship management skills Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills Proven success adhering to and leading complex project schedules and managing moderate sections of projects Substantial understanding and knowledge of policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to Talent Acquisition Substantial knowledge of Talent Acquisition Programs Substantial leadership skills and ability influence change at all levels within EW Skilled at managing internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion Skilled at leveraging consultative mindset techniques Strict attention to detail Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
