Job Description

Reporting directly to the VP, Global External operations, the Senior Coordinator will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the VP of Global External Operations.  In addition, this individual will provide support to the Global External Operation site. This individual must be a self-starter and be able to manage multiple priorities independently a dynamic, evolving, and fast-paced environment.

The Senior Coordinator will also be responsible for the following:
  • Scheduling meetings with participants and stakeholders
  • Coordinating travel and other administrative tasks for the VP, GEO
  • Scheduling meetings with participants and stakeholders
  • Coordinating catering for on-site critical meetings
  • Generates monthly site report to include site metrics
  • Planning and execution of site events
  • Supports Site communication
  • Planning and organizing team building/site activities
  • Maintaining distribution lists
  • Managing training curricula and administration
  • Onboarding support for new hires
  • Responsible for content and maintenance of the Global External Operations BioWeb/Sharepoint site
  • Act as the site “go-to-person” for general operational or administrative inquiries
  • Site SME on MS teams
  • Site projects


  • Minimum of 5 – 10 years of executive level support, including experience supporting global teams
  • Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with coordinating complex travel; Working knowledge of Concur Expense management
