Target Pay Rate: 100-120k **salary will be commensurate with experience 

Job Description:

What you'll be doing:
• You'll focus on proactively searching candidate databases for and connecting with potential talent.
• You'll screen job applications to evaluate candidate suitability and you'll actively engage and generate employee referrals.
• You'll take an active role in promoting client as a great place to work. This means you'll understand what is needed to be successful in this environment and can speak authentically about what it's like to work with us.
• You'll lead the candidate experience, providing a front-row seat into what candidates can expect.
• You’ll ensure the new hire process is positive and all onboarding successful.

What you'll bring:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 5 years full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting— manufacturing recruiting required.
• Outstanding oral and written communication and organizational skills—you'll love talking with candidates and Hiring Managers!
• Proven capability in effectively handling concurrent hiring priorities and partners at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle without impacting delivery quality and timelines
• Experience using recruiting tools such as an ATS and direct sourcing tools and techniques
