Target Pay Rate: 50.01 - 62.26/hr **salary will be commensurate with experience 

Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of CEO Executive and Employee Communications this role partners with our Communications Business Partners helping develop and execute function-led communications plans across the enterprise. This involves working closely with Leadership Teams LTs spanning HR Finance Commercial Marketing RampD Strategy Global Ops and Legal on their communications goals and objectives for specific projects or initiatives. Simultaneously this role works alongside the Employee Communications team to ensure alignment of messaging timing and channel delivery with Corporate-led communications.

Basic responsibilities include:

Counsel on communications plans for priority functional initiatives (i.e., major launches, industry partnerships, restructuring) ?

Help assess target audiences and advise on key communications tactics for priority initiatives.?

Contribute to communication plans for priority functional initiatives or announcements?

Editing and/or design feedback on priority functional content development (LT-led)?

Light copy editing and/or PPT design support for content intended for function-wide or companywide distribution?

Video production facilitation as appropriate?

Coordination between LT/project leads and corporate channel owners?

Story leads or content ideas pitching to corp channel owners on behalf of initiative leads?

Provide logistics guidance and best practices for live or virtual meetings  ?

Reporting on function-wide communications?

Function-wide event metrics and key takeaways to be shared with LT?

 

Sub-function or site-specific communications plans

Advise on communications plans for sub-function initiatives or site-specific events

Programmatic communications

Help develop content tools and templates for programs that are transactional or cyclical events (i.e., open enrollment, stock trading window open/close, function-led trainings, etc.)

LT or Sub-function level channels

Provide guidance on:

Sub-function newsletters, team meetings, Site-specific channels

Non-ELT led virtual meetings: driving slides, facilitating Q&A, posting recordings, etc.

Non-ELT social amplification

Communications Metrics below ELT level

Share best practices on:

Open rates, click throughs or engagements specific to a single communication

Metrics specific to a sub-function event
