Job Description
35-45/h based on experience
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Ensuring delivery of quality finished medical devices.
- Maintain monitoring systems to track supplier performance ( nonconformances, open actions, supplier changes, supplier quality improvement programs, goals, etc.)
- Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality or compliance issues.
- Lead suppliers in corrective/preventive actions to resolve supplier-related issues (e.g., nonconformances, CAPA activities, audit findings, complaint investigations, etc.).
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering, science or technical field with 5+ experience in Quality and/or Engineering
- OR an advanced degree in engineering, science or technical field with 3+ years of experience in Quality and/or Engineering
Nice to Have
- ASQ CQE, CQA certification
- First Time Quality Coach (FTQ) / Six Sigma/ DFSS / Lean Green Belt or Black Belt certified
- Strong communication, organizational and project planning skills
- Strong knowledge of metrology & measurement techniques; statistical analysis (Ppk/Cpk, standard deviation, etc.) in Minitab, measurement uncertainty, GD&T, Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility
