Job Description


Help to receive the material or equipment on internal warehouse and outside warehouse(A&A).
  • coodinate with vendor to receive material or equipment from vendor to Beigene hopewell site.
  • coordinate with vendor to receive material or equipment from A&A or vendor to Beigene Hopewell site.
  • coordinate and communicate with DPR for install equipment
  • input and check the information to Tracker(spreedsheet). and upload to sharepoint.
  • have expierence with shipping invioce or packing list.
  • Strong crossed-functional communication skill.
  • Experienced in equipment/inventory mannament and logistics coordination ability.
Requires:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • need to use have excel / outlook/ share point
  • effective communication
  • have own car for travel between beigene and A&A warehouse.
