Job Description

Target PR Range: 65-75/hr Duties: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our team on a temporary basis, supporting during a leave of absence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition operations and project management, with the ability to drive key initiatives and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. This role will not have any direct reports, but may assist in guiding and advising team members on best practices and delivering on SOPs. Responsibilities: • Implementation of Greenhouse HRIS Link Connector: Lead the implementation of the Greenhouse HRIS Link connector with Workday. Prior experience implementing HRIS Link preferred. • Executive Search Execution: Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition and executive search firm to execute on all executive search efforts. Ensure a seamless and efficient process from tracking initial calls and feedback through to assisting with offer materials and new hire onboarding. • Workforce Planning Support: Assist the Head of Global Workforce Planning with annual workforce planning preparation, including presentation materials. Contribute insights and recommendations to support strategic headcount decisions. • Talent Acquisition Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate and analyze talent acquisition data to provide actionable insights. Develop reports and dashboards to track key metrics and measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts. • Documentation of Talent Acquisition Processes: Drive the documentation of talent acquisition processes and maintain and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure consistency and compliance across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle. • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Skills: Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition operations or related roles. • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS Systems, and integrations required. • Experience implementing Greenhouse HRIS Link connector with Workday, preferred. • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and documentation. Education: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
