Join a leading pharmaceutical organization as Vice President of Drug Safety, a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of our clients' products throughout their lifecycle. Based out of the NJ office, with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, you will oversee all activities and deliverables of the Drug Safety Department. As the senior safety advisor, you will drive risk management strategies for drugs in development and post-approval, while maintaining core safety information. Collaborating with various departments, you will provide safety input on clinical programs and regulatory consultations. Your responsibilities will include signal management, safety data exchange with partners, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess an MD degree and a minimum of 7 years of clinical development experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to drug safety/pharmacovigilance activities. Expertise in safety reporting, knowledge of drug safety regulations, and experience with safety databases are essential. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
