Job Description
The candidate for this role should have extensive business experience in workstream project management for large global GxP systems (Veeva Quality systems highly preferred) in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as demonstrated capability working with large cross-functional global teams.
Required Deliverables
• The following services are required:
o Complete required internal training on System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Business SOPs, etc. related to the activities in scope.
o Support overall Quality team with daily operational activities such as attending meetings/training sessions, etc.
o Support all assigned business-related design and configuration activities for the Veeva Vault implementation program under the leadership of the Quality Veeva team.
o Support business workstream activities for the Veeva project including, but not limited to:
? Participate in all functional and process design review sessions, assist Business Leads with documenting open questions, addressing follow-ups, etc.
? Provide support to project Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed (e.g. during process review sessions, testing activities, etc.)
? Execute system testing and raise feedback as needed
? Assist with creation/review of associated work instructions, procedures, training modules for business workstream
? Work closely with IT teams and support Business and IT Deployment Leads with deployment and migration related activities
o Additional activities per request
Qualifications
• The following qualifications are required:
o Bachelors of Science is required and advanced degree preferred in science/regulatory/computer science/management field
o 5+ years using GxP systems with experience on projects including implementation/deployment and data migration in the pharmaceutical industry
o Experience working in large, multinational companies
o Prior experience with Veeva Quality Vault is preferred
o Experience in project/program management
o Excellent communication skills
o English fluency
o Proficiency in MS Office tools
Pay ranges between $65-77.65/hr based on experience
