Description:

The Vendor Outsourcing Associate II will be responsible for supporting various activities and projects within the Vendor Outsourcing organization.

Main responsibilities:
  • Managing contract lifecycle management for following types of contracts:
  • Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs)
  • Letters of Authorization (LOAs) to authorize work with Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
  • Clinical Consulting Agreements
  • Scientific Collaboration Agreements
  • Other contracts as identified, as needed
  • Facilitate the contract management lifecycle from receipt of request to execution and maintenance of contract, including:
  • Drafting and negotiation of contract terms
  • Compliance with process requirements
  • Fair market value assessment
  • Timely and accurate tracking, management and filing of contacts within company systems
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders by providing timely and high-quality contracts
  • Partnering with business compliance, legal, finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure proper facilitation and execution of contract

  • Complies with required processes in a regulated environment
  • Comfortable interacting with internal (clinical, finance, legal) and external stakeholders (vendors, healthcare professionals)
  • Has deep understanding of contracting knowledge, including contract structure and format
  • Proficiency in legal language and contractual terms
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

Candidate Education/Experience Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Minimum 3 years Industry experience preferred
