Vendor Outsourcing Associate II

Job Description
Target PR Range: 45-55/hr

Description:
The Vendor Outsourcing Associate II will be responsible for supporting various activities and projects within the Vendor Outsourcing organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing contract lifecycle management for following types of contracts:
- Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs)
- Letters of Authorization (LOAs) to authorize work with Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
- Clinical Consulting Agreements
- Scientific Collaboration Agreements
- Other contracts as identified, as needed
- Facilitate the contract management lifecycle from receipt of request to execution and maintenance of contract, including:
- Drafting and negotiation of contract terms
- Compliance with process requirements
- Fair market value assessment
- Timely and accurate tracking, management and filing of contacts within company systems
- Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders by providing timely and high-quality contracts
- Partnering with business compliance, legal, finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure proper facilitation and execution of contract
Ideal candidate characteristics include:
- Has a strong work ethic and ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Is structured, well organized and process oriented
- Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Complies with required processes in a regulated environment
- Comfortable interacting with internal (clinical, finance, legal) and external stakeholders (vendors, healthcare professionals)
- Has deep understanding of contracting knowledge, including contract structure and format
- Proficiency in legal language and contractual terms
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
Candidate Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years Industry experience preferred
