What You’ll Bring:
- Solid knowledge of IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards and principles
- Demonstrated experience executing revenue testing and supporting documentation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review complex transactions and contracts
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, and IT
- Proficiency in leveraging automation and analytics tools to enhance testing efficiency
- Ability to coordinate testing activities and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience working in or with Big 4 audit methodologies
- Familiarity with automating revenue recognition processes
- Knowledge of healthcare industry-specific revenue policies
- Experience with data integration from multiple sources to support testing
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue recognition, audit, or financial compliance roles
- Prior hands-on experience supporting auditor testing or in a consulting capacity
Additional Requirements:
- Location: Heerlen, Netherlands (hybrid work model with 2-3 days on-site weekly)
- Contract Length: 6 months, with immediate start preferred
- Must have right to work in the Netherlands and be eligible to work independently
