Required Skills
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including leading senior-level, global transformation programs.
- Proven success managing complex, cross-regional, technology-enabled initiatives.
- Strong program and project management skills, especially in multicultural and multifaceted environments.
- Demonstrated experience in senior stakeholder management with influential communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of CRM ecosystems and their strategic role in customer engagement.
- Exceptional fluency in English, with outstanding communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously within an active program and make strategic decisions independently.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors.
- Prior exposure to CRM platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled solutions and their integration into enterprise platforms.
- Background in other large-scale digital transformations (e.g., ERP, SAP).
- Experience with change management initiatives and user adoption at a global scale.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in leading global transformation programs, preferably in high-complexity industries.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate seamlessly across various functions and regions.
