As a key member of our team, you’ll develop and execute comprehensive market access strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to overcome barriers and optimize product value on a global scale.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in market access, healthcare strategy, or health economics within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment
- Strong understanding of global healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and payer landscapes
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence decision-makers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of specific therapeutic areas relevant to the company’s portfolio
- Experience with health technology assessment (HTA) submissions
- Fluency in additional European languages
- Familiarity with digital tools and data modeling for market access strategies
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, health economics, or related roles within the healthcare industry
- International experience or experience working across multiple European markets is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel, primarily within Europe
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
