Job Description

As part of the MA&EG Strategy & Planning team, the role drives strategic alignment, integrated MA&EG and evidence planning, cross?functional connectivity, governance clarity, and operational excellence to ensure delivery of coordinated, high?impact, and patient?centered outcomes. This role focuses on coordination, alignment, and execution enablement in partnership with the leads.

The Project Manager supports the creation and maintenance of Integrated Evidence and Data Generation Plans (IEGPs), using available tools and digital systems to manage progress. They work closely with stakeholders who own, contribute to, and/or deliver tactics and projects.

  3. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  4. Community & Project Management

  5. End?to?end coordination and facilitation of MA&EG indication meetings, including in?person meetings as needed.
  6. Ensure effective meeting planning, documentation, and follow?through across MA&EG indication teams.
  7. Maintain organized team communication channels and ensure consistent dissemination of relevant materials.
  8. Build and manage project timelines, trackers, dashboards, and documentation to ensure visibility and timely execution.
  9. Provide operational oversight for IEGPs and other strategic MA&EG plans, ensuring alignment to MA&EG Asset and Indication objectives, goals, strategies, and measures (OGSMs).
  10. Drive collaboration and cross?functional execution to ensure alignment on deliverables.
  11. Financial & Resource Planning

  12. Partner with indication teams during Beyond Budgeting cycles, contributing to forecasting and financial tracking in collaboration with functional and finance owners.
  13. Partner with functional leads to assess operational and resource needs, enabling efficient and informed decision?making.
  14. Contribute annually to goal?setting activities.
  15. External Engagement & KOL Activities

  16. Partner with MA&EG and functional owners to plan, coordinate, and execute KOL engagements, advisory boards, and scientific external interactions.
  17. Ensure activities are executed in line with internal procedures, documentation standards, and meeting requirements.
  18. Vendor & Partner Oversight

  19. Lead operational coordination of vendors supporting key initiatives, ensuring scope adherence, timelines, and quality delivery.
  20. Act as a coordination point between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  21. Team Infrastructure & Knowledge Management
  22. Own maintenance of team knowledge repositories and collaboration infrastructure to enable transparency, continuity, and effective ways of working.
  23. Drive consolidation of information, workflow streamlining, and process improvements that enhance organizational efficiency.
  24. Community Building

  25. Lead onboarding for new MA&EG community members, ensuring effective integration into platforms, systems, and workflows.
  26. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and engagement models and develop actionable improvement recommendations.
  27. Foster cross?functional collaboration by surfacing insights, highlighting bottlenecks, and translating lessons learned into actionable improvements.

  30. Strong leadership skills ensuring that values are embedded in team dynamics.
  31. Strong communication skills ensuring inclusiveness.
  32. Strong collaboration skills ensuring that experience and knowledge around the table is taken into consideration.
  33. Strong interpersonal skills: ability to mediate the prevention and management of conflict.
  34. Strong project management skills; broad exposure to Medical Affairs process; advanced planning experience with Project Management Tools.  PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an advantage.
  35. Able to deal with continuous change.
  36. Strong verbal and written English communication skills (English primary fluency or full professional proficiency).

  39. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  40. Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in healthrelated discipline or equal by experience.
  41. At least 5 years of project management experience in distinct phases of development, in different disease areas, preferably post approval phase, phase 4 and real world evidence studies.
  42. At least 5 years of Program Management experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment, preferably cross-cultural and on global
