Sr. Project Manager, Commercial Finance
Job Description
Target PR Range: 43.50-54.25/hr DOE
OB DESCRIPTION
Role: Sr. Project Manager for Commercial Finance projects
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience with Tableau skills preferred
Scope of Responsibilities (Contractor)
Below is a list of tasks that the candidate is expected to cover:
- Business Process : Quarterly Territory Rollover
- All communications
- Establish schedule/calendar
- Prep templates to collect feedback from regions
- Validations & subsequent conversations with regions/GSO
- Review & approve/deny off-cycle account to territory change requests from GSO
- Business Process : Forecast snapshots
- Align with Global Commercial Finance on approach/timing for dashboard refreshes & subscriptions from qtr end to forecast cycles
- Updating reporting flags and dashboard validations
- Support/coverage for dashboard
- Update calendar with snap timings & send calendar reminders as needed
- Other Dashboard sustainment
- Approve/deny tableau server access requests
- Action tableau workbook-level access requests (ServiceNow, email, etc)
- Support/validation for tahoe publishes
- Extract refresh & subscription management
- Communications to ELT & Global Comm FP&A regarding dashboard pauses
- Qtr End & SAP Release activities: prep dashboard list and assist with execution, validations, pausing/enabling extracts & subscriptions, etc
- Business Process : Commercial P&L sustainment
- Quarterly – check for changes to cost centers, gather feedback from global/regions on mapping updates or population of opex allocations
- Validate data between forecast cycles
- Commercial Projects
- Communications & meetings for go-live, demos/UATs, kick-offs, etc.
- PowerPoint prep
- UAT test script prep/review
- Testing/validations
- Planning for dashboards and Commercial P&L, or overall project management where acting as lead
- Dashboard Roadmap/project management
- Request intake & prioritization, assignment of resources
- Requirements gathering & design
- Team support throughout development
- Review, validations, testing pre-go-live
- Define access groups/RLS for new dashboards
- Project plan proposals and/or review
- Misc user support
- Support business partners with ad-hoc questions/requests
