Medical Director EMEA – Nephrology

What You’ll Bring:
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree with specialization in Nephrology and active clinical experience managing nephrology patients in hospital settings.
- Proven industry experience in clinical development, including familiarity with NDA submissions and regulatory guidelines.
- Demonstrated understanding of pharmacovigilance, adverse event reporting, GCP, and regulatory processes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build strong collaborations across functions.
Additional Assets:
- Experience with clinical trial protocol development, site training, and investigator meetings.
- Knowledge of European regulatory landscapes and ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Previous experience working with IRBs and Health Authorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced training or certifications in pharmaceutical medicine or related fields.
- Prior involvement in nephrology-focused clinical trials.
- Proficiency in other European languages.
Other Requirements:
- This is a home-based role ideally located within Europe, with flexibility to travel as needed.
- Willingness to work in accordance with local regulations and company SOPs.
- Commitment to scientific excellence, ethical standards, and cross-functional teamwork.
