What You’ll Bring:

  • Solid knowledge of airline, hotel, and rental car reservation systems (experience with GDS systems like Sabre is a plus)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and workflows
  • Independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with online booking tools such as GetThere
  • Familiarity with negotiating contracts for meeting spaces, accommodations, and A/V services
  • Knowledge of visa requirements and international travel documentation
  • Previous experience working in a call center environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational or academic qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate travel coordination, agency operations, or administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, OneNote)

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work comfortably in a remote setting
  • Flexibility to handle travel-related issues promptly, including last-minute cancellations and queue management
  • Knowledge of compliance and company travel policies
  • Willingness to support travel planning for meetings, events, and employee relocations
