RIM Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking a talented RIM Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our Regulatory Information Management (RIM) operations. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, lead process improvements, and ensure regulatory data integrity. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for compliance excellence to our team. Required Skills

  • Proven experience in RIM operations or regulatory affairs within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory data management, compliance standards, and lifecycle management
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
  • Superior analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with regulatory stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills

  • Knowledge of regulatory systems and tools (e.g., Veeva Vault, LIMS)
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Project management certification or experience
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to the region

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in RIM or regulatory operations, with a track record of leadership roles
