Customer Account Representative
Job Description
Target PR Range: 19-25/hr

Job Description:
The Customer Account Representative serves as a key liaison between client and its customers, supporting high-volume order processing and customer service operations for the U.S. business. This role is responsible for managing the order-to-cash process, including order entry, issue resolution, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing customer orders via SAP (phone, email, and EDI) with same-day accuracy
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Supporting order-to-cash activities, including pricing, inventory coordination, and shipment logistics
Collaborating with internal teams (contracts, credit, logistics) to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate order fulfillment
Maintaining customer account records and compliance documentation (e.g., licensure)
Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Minimum Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume or phone-based environment
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions professionally
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt in situations without strict SOPs
Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel)
Ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints
Preferred / Nice to Have Qualifications:
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (trainable)
Experience in order entry, order management, or order-to-cash processes
Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated environments
Experience in call center, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles
Strong analytical and organizational skills
