Job Title: Proposal Development Associate / Senior Associate

Overview:
An international clinical research organisation is looking to hire a Proposal Development Associate / Senior Associate to support proposal and budgeting activities across regional clinical trial opportunities.

This position will suit candidates with prior CRO experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting proposal coordination, budget preparation, and cross-functional commercial activities. The role offers exposure across a broad range of clinical projects and close interaction with operational and vendor management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support proposal development activities for regional clinical trial opportunities
  • Prepare and coordinate proposal-related documentation
  • Develop and manage study budgets with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Coordinate vendor quotations and commercial inputs
  • Support proposal writing and related documentation activities
  • Work cross-functionally with operational and commercial teams
  • Manage timelines across multiple concurrent proposal activities

Requirements:

  • Prior proposal development experience within a CRO / clinical research environment
  • Experience with proposal writing, budgeting, and vendor coordination
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and CRO operations
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Associate or Senior Associate level experience preferred
