Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in biotech manufacturing within a GMP environment
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality standards
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork capabilities

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with specific biotech equipment or systems
  • Previous experience in faster-paced manufacturing settings
  • Additional certifications related to GMP or biotech manufacturing

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • A relevant technical qualification or diploma
  • Prior experience in a similar Production Operator role, especially within biotech or pharmaceutical sectors
