Required Skills:
- Proven experience in biotech manufacturing within a GMP environment

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and technical skills
- Good communication and teamwork capabilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with specific biotech equipment or systems
- Previous experience in faster-paced manufacturing settings
- Additional certifications related to GMP or biotech manufacturing
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A relevant technical qualification or diploma
- Prior experience in a similar Production Operator role, especially within biotech or pharmaceutical sectors
