What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Asset Investment Managers.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements for senior team members.
- Prepare and review presentations, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with project coordination and tracking to ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and operational flow.
Required Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience supporting BD, M&A, or finance teams.
- Familiarity with virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) systems.
- Basic understanding of financial or corporate development terminology.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- 1-3 years of administrative or assistant experience in a corporate setting, preferably within financial services or consulting.
