Required Skills:
- Proven experience in method development and validation for analytical techniques such as HPLC, LC-MS, or GC
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards (e.g., GMP, ICH guidelines)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to design, execute, and analyze experiments independently
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with stability studies or bioanalytical methods
- Familiarity with automation and laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
- Knowledge of biopharmaceutical product development
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field; a Master’s or Ph.D. is desirable
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical development within the pharmaceutical industry
