Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in method development and validation for analytical techniques such as HPLC, LC-MS, or GC
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards (e.g., GMP, ICH guidelines)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to design, execute, and analyze experiments independently
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with stability studies or bioanalytical methods
  • Familiarity with automation and laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
  • Knowledge of biopharmaceutical product development

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field; a Master’s or Ph.D. is desirable
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical development within the pharmaceutical industry
