Target PR Range: 33.00-41.25/hr DOE

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst II is responsible for maintaining the quality, accuracy, and usability of CRM data (Salesforce.com), ensuring the sales organization can rely on clean data for pipeline visibility, forecasting, reporting, and operational execution. This role focuses heavily on data stewardship (enrichment, de-duplication, hygiene)CRM user support, and operational dashboards/reporting to enable consistent sales processes and decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities

CRM Data Stewardship & Governance

  • Execute ongoing CRM data stewardship including data enrichment, de-duplication, and general data hygiene across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and related objects.
  • Monitor and improve data completeness and accuracy by identifying systemic issues (e.g., missing required fields, inconsistent picklist usage, duplicates, stale records) and coordinating remediation efforts. 
  • Define, document, and reinforce CRM data standards (definitions, required fields, entry rules) in partnership with Sales, Funnel Ops, Finance, and CRM stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Operations, RevOps, or a related analytical/operations role. 
  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools and business users. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work with data sets, identify issues, and drive clean-up/remediation activities. 
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
