The Opportunity
As a Regulatory Intelligence Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Regulatory Intelligence function through research, analysis, and operational execution. You will monitor and interpret changes in the regulatory environment and ensure timely, accurate dissemination of insights to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track global regulatory developments, including new health authority guidances, policy updates, and compliance requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.)
  • Conduct structured research across multiple sources (health authority websites, industry publications, databases) to identify relevant regulatory updates
  • Aggregate, filter, and prioritize regulatory information based on relevance to active development programs
  • Draft clear, concise regulatory intelligence summaries, briefings, and reports for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Track competitor regulatory activities, including approvals, label changes, filings, and pipeline movements
  • Maintain and update regulatory intelligence databases, trackers, and internal knowledge management tools (e.g., Veeva Vault or similar systems)
  • Perform data entry, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of intelligence records
  • Standardize and categorize regulatory information for ease of access, reporting, and analysis
  • Support creation and maintenance of dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools for leadership visibility
  • Assist in responding to ad hoc regulatory intelligence requests from internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, and Program Teams to ensure intelligence outputs align with business needs
  • Support audit readiness by ensuring documentation is complete, traceable, and compliant
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements to workflows and tools
  • Leverage AI and digital tools (where applicable) to enhance data collection, summarization, and reporting efficiency
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment

Pay Rate Range: $30-35/hr depending on experience
