We are seeking four talented CRA II professionals to join our team, working remotely across the UK to support cutting-edge clinical trials. What You’ll Do:
As a CRA II, you will be pivotal in managing site activities, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP standards, and maintaining seamless communication with our pharmaceutical clients. You’ll oversee multiple protocols across different sponsors, travelling 8-10 days on-site as needed, and ensuring trial integrity and data quality from initiation to close-out. Your expertise will help drive clinical success in specialized therapeutic areas.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1.5 years of independent, on-site monitoring experience within the UK (non-negotiable).
- Proven ability to manage multiple protocols and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for stakeholder management.
- Flexibility to travel 8-10 days on site.
- Permanent right to work in the UK.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior oncology experience is essential; ophthalmology experience is a plus.
- Experience working with multiple sponsors and in diverse therapeutic areas.
- Additional language skills or certifications related to clinical research.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of clinical monitoring experience in a similar setting.
Other Requirements:
- Must be based in the UK with the ability to travel as required.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
